Matt Frank, LMP, has been a licensed massage therapist for over 15 years. Born and raised in Yakima, WA, he has training in massage therapy, Eastern medicine techniques, and advanced therapeutic modalities. Over his lifetime, Matt has provided massage therapy for physical therapy and chiropractic clinics. He has advanced learning in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, medical terminology, pathology, pregnancy massage, business, and ethics.

  • Applicant must be 17 years of age or older.
  • Applicant must provide proof of secondary education, such as a diploma, GED certificate, an official transcript of secondary school completion, or a state certification of homeschool completion.
  • Foreign high school diplomas need to have a validity and equivalence report sent to us via U.S. mail or email.
  • In the absence of the above documentation, the applicant must take and pass an approved ability-to-benefit test administered by an approved Independent Test Administrator.
  • Applicant must complete an application for enrollment.
